FAQ
Practical answers on process, fit, tech, and cost. Ask us directly if yours is not listed.
What kind of businesses do you work with?
Growing companies where real work still lives in spreadsheets, inboxes, and ad hoc tools. We are a fit when operations matter and the current setup is slowing people down.
Do you only build custom-coded products?
No. We pick what fits: custom code when that is the right move, existing platforms used well when it is not, or a mix. The approach follows the problem.
Can you help even if we are not technical?
Yes. Most clients we work with are operators and founders, not engineers. We own the technical details and keep explanations plain.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. After launch we support changes, fixes, and iteration as your process evolves. Retainer or project-based, depending on what you need.
How do projects usually start?
With a discovery call: your business, current workflow, and what is broken. Then we propose scope and approach before writing production code.
How long does a typical project take?
Scope drives timing. A focused tool or portal is often roughly four to eight weeks. Multi-role systems with integrations and complex workflows often land closer to eight to sixteen weeks. We scope so dates are honest up front.
What does a discovery call look like?
About twenty to thirty minutes. We ask how you work today and what needs to change. No pressure to buy. The goal is to see if we can help.
Do you work with startups and early-stage founders?
Yes. We build MVPs and early products meant for real use, with scope tight enough to ship and learn without burning the budget on the wrong features.
What technologies do you use?
It depends on the project. We often use React, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, and Tailwind. For lighter needs we may lean on lower-code options. Stack serves the outcome.
How much does a project cost?
Cost follows scope. After discovery you get a clear proposal: what we will build, what it costs, and what is out of scope. No surprise line items.
